    A Window is the time you’re available to connect. Your Drop shows compatible people whose availability overlaps yours, when they’re available in your area.

  2. Open to

    Say what feels right.

    Choose the interests and kind of connection you’re open to. Add your preferences and boundaries, so there’s more to go on than a photo.

  3. Mutual connection

    A shared yes to hello.

    When you both express interest, a connection opens. From there, get to know each other and decide together what comes next.

An interest is a conversation starter.
It’s never consent.

Being open to something doesn’t mean agreeing to it. Ask, listen, and leave room for anyone to change their mind.

Here’s what to expect before launch.

Will my profile be shown all the time?

No. Your profile stays out of new discovery when you don’t have an active Window. A scheduled Window won’t enter discovery before its start time. Once it starts, compatible members may see you according to your reveal setting; close it or let it expire to leave new discovery.

What about existing connections?

Connections and Plans have separate expiry rules. A Plan can keep a chat available after your Window ends; closing your Window isn’t an automatic end to every existing connection. Again links let previous mutual connections reconnect, and Quiet Windows are limited to those existing Again connections—not new discovery.

Can I download SameTerms yet?

Not yet. SameTerms is coming soon and is not available for public download. This page introduces the experience we’re building, not a live dating service.

Who is it for?

SameTerms is being built for adults aged 18 and over who are looking for hookups, dates or FWB (friends with benefits). An ongoing connection is welcome too. Say what you’re open to now and decide together what comes next.

What does “Open to” mean?

It’s a way to describe your interests and the kind of connection you’re looking for. Choose Casual, Dates, FWB and other interests that fit your next Window. Shared selections never imply consent or an obligation to meet.

Can I create an account here?

No. Creating a SameTerms profile will be separate from your city’s waitlist. Joining the list won’t create an account, show a profile to other members, or open discovery.
