Your city’s waitlist

A hello when it’s time.

Checking whether city updates are available…

Email address

Only for the city launch updates you choose. No profile needed.

Which area would you like to hear about?

I am at least 18 years old. Email me about SameTerms launching in my chosen area, including an invitation when available. I can unsubscribe or delete my city-interest entry at any time.

We use your email, area, 18+ confirmation and signup record to confirm your email, send city updates and invitations, and prevent abuse. No ad trackers or uploads to advertising platforms.

Unconfirmed entries expire after 30 days; confirmed entries expire 180 days after first confirmation. Unsubscribe or delete anytime. Email confirmation is not an age or ID check.

Waitlist privacy details

operates this city-interest list. Contact about your information.

We use your email, chosen area, age affirmation and consent receipt to confirm your email, send the updates you requested, and prevent abuse. Confirming your email is not age or identity verification.

Supabase stores the minimal city-interest entry in SameTerms’ existing project. AWS Key Management Service protects the keys used to encrypt stored email and delivery data. Resend delivers confirmation emails, city updates and invitations. We don’t add advertising trackers to this page or send this list to advertising platforms.

Unconfirmed entries expire 30 days after joining. Confirmed entries expire 180 days after first confirmation. Resending an email or sending an invitation does not extend that period.

Expired entries are removed by an hourly cleanup. Backup and email-provider copies follow those providers’ retention policies.

Unsubscribing stops future launch emails, removes your email address and queued messages, and keeps a hashed suppression record and consent receipt for up to 30 days to prevent accidental re-enrollment. Deleting removes your city-interest entry and pending launch messages immediately. An email already handed to the delivery provider may still arrive. These actions don’t delete a separate SameTerms account.

Confirmation and invitation emails include links to unsubscribe or delete your entry. Rate-limit records contain no plain email or IP address and expire within two days, including after deletion.
